The South Korean under-17 men's national soccer team has been drawn in the same group as France and the United States at the Federation Internationale de Football Association (FIFA) U-17 World Cup in November.

This year's U-17 World Cup will be held in Indonesia from Nov. 10 to Dec. 2.

South Korea's best result in the tournament is a quarterfinal appearance on three occasions, in 1987, 2009 and 2019.

South Korea's U-17 team, led by Byun Sung-hwan, finished as runners-up at the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) U-17 Asian Cup in Thailand in July and qualified for the World Cup.
