Using a pain relief patch can provide powerful temporary relief from sore muscles, arthritis, injuries, and more. Follow these tips to get the maximum benefits from your pain patch:

 Choose the Right Patch 

– Opt for patches containing ingredients clinically proven to relieve pain, such as lidocaine, menthol, or capsaicin. 

– Select the level of strength you need – mild, moderate, or maximum.

– Consider extended-release patches for all-day relief.

Prepare Skin Properly

– Wash and dry skin thoroughly before application.

– Do not apply to irritated, damaged, or broken skin.

– Clip hair around the area to ensure good contact with the skin.

Apply Patch Correctly

– Apply to clean, dry skin and press firmly for 30 seconds.
