NACOFUL VEGETABLE CARBON

Nacoful vegetable carbon black is a natural food color with a strong visual effect. It is created from burnt plant trunks and shells. Due to its insoluble nature, vegetable carbon black is typically applied directly or in the form of a suspension. The color is insoluble in water and organic solvents and has no taste or odor. It can be combined with other natural food colors to effectively change the color and luster thanks to its good heat and light stability.

Natural vegetable carbon black pigment is currently most frequently used in the food industry. It is frequently utilized to color foods like ice cream, candy, baked goods, grain and cereal products, and baked goods.

Bamboo is now the primary raw material for the majority of vegetable carbon black pigments. Natural, nontoxic, and flavorless vegetable carbon black has excellent covering and coloring properties. Without changing the dish’s original flavor or taste, adding it to food can undoubtedly increase the sensory quality and aesthetic appeal of the product. Currently, vegetable carbon black is not frequently used as a food coloring agent but used as an antidote to absorb poisons in the stomach. This also demonstrates the pigment’s ability to enter the digestive system.
